At Mainline Dental Arts, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care with flexible financial options to meet the needs of our patients. We understand that investing in your oral health is important, and our team is here to help make treatment affordable and accessible.
If your insurance plan is not listed below, please contact our office. We are happy to verify whether you have out-of-network benefits, which may still allow you to receive care at our practice.

If your insurance provider is not listed, please call our office so we can review your coverage.
Important Insurance Information
We are contractually obligated to collect all co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles as outlined by your insurance carrier at the time of service.
As a courtesy, we will:
Submit insurance claims on your behalf
Track outstanding claims
Assist with benefit verification
Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks. Please note that you are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage. Any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility.
Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.

Payment is due at the time of service.

We also offer third-party financing through CareCredit®, which allows qualified patients to spread payments over time with convenient monthly plans.
